Our default shipping method is Ground, which may take 3-6 business days to be delivered. If you need the product quicker, we offer expedited shipping methods such as FedEx 2-day and overnight shipping. Please note that USPS via FedEx SmartPost is not an expedited shipping method and should only be selected for orders shipping to APO's, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in the arrival of your order.

Unlike most inkjet websites, we do deliver to APO/FPO. These orders are shipped by USPS via FedEx SmartPost. Orders will take 1-2 business days to be processed and should arrive within 6 to 10 working days. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders; at times, it may take 2-4 weeks.

We currently do not ship internationally. As of now, we only ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, APO, and other US territories.
