If you purchase the wrong item or decide for any reason that you do not require the item, then you can return the order within 15 days of the original purchase date. The cartridge must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition. Once received, we can issue a refund or exchange. 

Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage for any returned items. Ink N Toner Factory is not responsible for packages that are not received unless proof of postage can be provided. 

Before any item is returned, we ask that you contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authority (RMA) number. The RMA number will be valid for a period of fourteen days from the date of issue by Ink N Toner Factory. Please write the RMA number provided clearly on the outside of the package.
